How to Use

• Recommended dosage/usage
• Adults: 10 drops (0.5 ml) 1-3 times daily
• Children 6-12 years old: once a day, 6-10 drops (0.3-0.5 ml) each time
• Children 2-5 years old: 5 drops (0.25 ml) once a day
• Can be dropped directly into the mouth or added to water for consumption
