How to Use
- Squeeze the PreCleanse Balm tube to dispense a small grape sized amount onto the cleansing mitt or directly to your dry hand
- Massage the balm into dry skin using circular motions to start dissolving makeup & other oily debris on the skin Add water to emulsify, and rinse with warm water
