- Please pick up the parcel within 3 days and details will be showed on SMS notification.

- You can collect your order at our Office Pick Up Point within 14 working days as counted from issue of the Shipping Email.
- Please present your Shipping Email as proof of identification for collection.
- Pickup Hours: Monday - Friday (except public holidays), 10:00am - 12:30pm / 2:30 - 4:00pm
